MIS Screen Pop-Up: Portal Lite instantly displays the caller’s profile from your MIS as soon as you answer the phone, giving your team quick access to key information. Our integration saves time by removing the problem of misspelling names or manually finding profiles in your MIS system, saving at least 2 minutes with your parent calls.
Attendance Writeback and Artificial Intelligence Absence Voicemails: Our Portal Pro product allows schools to writeback attendance information directly to your MIS for both session (AM/PM) and lesson attendance, streamlining the first-day calling process. Additionally, we offer a feature powered by Artificial Intelligence that imports absence voicemails and suggests the appropriate absence code—saving Attendance Officers hours each week.
Safeguarding Notices: If a caller has a court-ordered relationship, this information is immediately displayed in the screen pop-up. Schools can also add Pinned Notes to accounts, which automatically appear as soon as a parent calls.
CPOMS Integration: Portal allows you to set monitoring status on a Guardian’s profile, which means any time a Guardian calls in it creates a CPOMS Incident in the Incident tray. The alert will give your Safeguarding Team the ability to see who called who and when, the call handler's name and duration of the call.
